Fees & Structure
Each consultation is managed on a case by case basis.
An initial introduction meeting will be held to discuss your business opportunities and development areas.
Followed by the discovery phase in which we work closely with yourselves and your teams to further establish the needs of your business.
During the second stage, we will produce a business review consisting of insights and analytical data collected from our discovery phase.
Once the data is reviewed we set a solution based time plan consisting of a selection of services both parties agree will facilitate the improvement of the business.
Prices are agreed at each stage of the consultation process and are dependant on several variables including scale of business, team size, improvement needs etc.
